The Magnum Graphite Stealth Burst Pickleball Paddle is identical to its fraternal twin, the Original, in every way except the graphic design on the paddle's face. The Burst has a more colorful graphic with a big yellow explosion and a shadowed pickleball player on the paddle face.
This paddle has been a favorite for many years and is from one of the leaders in pickleball paddles. Thanks to the graphite face, there's a great “pop” and feeling of control when playing with the Magnum Graphite Stealth paddle. The manufacturer, Pro-Lite Sports, does a fantastic job constructing these paddles. Customers rarely return there paddles.
The classic slightly curved, rectangular paddle face is great for most pickleball players. The Magnum Graphite Stealth Burst has a good-sized hitting surface of 7-3/4” wide and a total length of 15-1/2”. The handle only measures 4-1/2”, meaning that the majority of the paddle’s length is the face, not the handle. Thanks to its light-to-middle weight range of 7.0 to 7.8 ounces, it’s great for players who enjoy playing with control rather than power.
The end cap at the base of the handle sticks out a bit to create a knob. Some players heavily rely on this knob as a grab spot for their swings.
Here are the color options for the Magnum: blue, green, orange, purple, pink and red.
