Troubleshoot-if microphone is not picking up sound make sure the microphone opening on the left side of the speaker is not blocked or try another phone call or try another compatible device. If poor sound quality use a different music source, connect a different device, disconnect the second device, or disable any audio enhancement features on the device or music application
