Always start by adding a liquid such as water or milk. You can blend ice. Make sure your blender with sufficient liquid inside first, and that your cubes aren’t too large. Before cleaning, please make sure the switch is off, don't put the base into the water or else the base element will be damaged. If Indicator light is off and unable to start, mean your blender is out of power. Your blender needs to be recharged. If Indicator light is flicker and unable to start, mean your jar isn’t aligned with your base. To fix this, the arrow on the jar should line up with the switch on the base. If Indicator light is flicker and stop working, mean the blades are blocked. You should cut your fruit into small chunks or shake your blender. If water leak, mean the sealing ring is not installed properly. You should reinstall the sealing ring.
